EFA's first meal of the day?

I was always told you shouldn't have fats with your first meal(and postworkout) because it would slow down absorption? I usually have oats & whey would it be beneficial for me to have some EFA's here

What more of an answer do you want?

You don't want fats post workout so that you can shuttle nutrients as fast as possible to the muscles.

In the morning ideal would be a some protein, carbs and fats after fasting for the night.

    Pretty simple ?!?!?!
