Sometimes I cut up a chicken breast, season it with paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder, lightly fry it in olive oil, and put it over brown rice. It's really good, make sure you are using olive oil though.
will frying the chicken breast instead of grilling/baking have any real effect? i looked on one of these nutrition web sites and it just adds a bit of fat - worth it i reckon for all that extra taste!or am is missing something?
