It varies from individual to individual, some people can eat shit loads of ice cream, cakes, and pizza and nothing happens to their body I personally break out in pimples (nasty I no),l other seems to look @ food and pack on pounds. You have to experiment with different forms of carbs and protein, it could just be that ur body is not used to weigh protein, when I first started taking whey, my stomach cramped and I got painful trapped wind, and increased gas![]()
