My ROUTINE!!! GOOD OR BAD!!
Hows it goen every1.
I just wanted to share my routine with every1,and then when you read this i want feed back,to see if im doing things right or wrong or what i can change to be better,and get results,just overall. I work nights,i goto the 24 hour fitness gym,i work out 1hour 10-20 min, 5 days a week.I take maxpro protien shakes 4 to 5 times a day,5 days a week,i eat fish steak and chicken through the week,and i eat a plate of pasta everynight,about an hour before i hit the weights.After the workout i go straight to work. Ive been doing this for 4 months now,i started in jan,and been consistant,before jan i hadent lifted since i was in high school,im 28,so its been a long long time. Yes ive seen results in streanght definitly,i couldent even get 2 wheels up on the bench,now im maxen out at about 350.SO yes definetly streanght results,but looks a little ,in my eyes anyways. But whats weird is that peeps say wow dude your getten big,but to me i dont see it as much,is that normal.my workouts consist of basically supersets,from chest to tries,back to chest back and forth.same with back and bies. So give me some input,and ill gladly take an1s advice. THKS!!! |

Mondays=Back Biceps
Tuesday=chest,triceps wendsday,same as monday,then thursday ,same as tuesday,then friday traps,shoulders. Yes i no no legs,i ride alot so i dont do legs.LOL!! |
