Caloric Intake on off days....

On days where I dont Run and Lift, and just lift, should I keep my caloric intake the same, even though I havent burned the same amount of calories as I usually would?

Depends on what you are wanting to achieve (bulking, cutting, maintaining) and the type of diet you are following (carb cycling, zig/zag, CKD, keto, zone ) etc etc

Personally, unless I am following a specific diet pattern (eg: re-feeding or the like), my rest day intake will be lower than my training days.

Why isn't it higher on training days so you have more energy?
