Is this a good cutting diet?

Im on my second week now and I plan to do this for 12 weeks to get as lean as possible for summer. My only supplements I take are a multivitamin, prosource nytrowhey, and tetrazene ES-50 fat burner.

6:30am - Wake up take 2 tetrazene then workout at 7. 30-45 mintutes weights/30mintutes cardio. Post workout I take 1 1/2 scoops protein with 1 cup milk.

    11am: Breakfast- 6 to 8 egg whites/ 1 pouch of oatmeal with 1 banana.

1 pm: 2nd serving of tetrazene.

    2pm: Lunch 1 can tuna/ half of a apple/ 1 yogurt/ and 1 handful kashi cereal.

    4 30 pm: 3rd serving tetrazene.

5 30 pm: Dinner 2 6-8oz chicken breast/ 1 cup fresh yams/ 1 cup spinach or steamed broccoli/ side salad with oil and vinegar dressing. very light on the dressing.

    8 30pm: 1 scoop protein with 8oz water.

Sleep from 10 or so until 630am.

How does this sound to shed some fat and tighten up? Every few days for dinner i have beef rather than chicken and on sundays i may have a low fat muffin for breakfast. Other than that thats my exact diet. I workout 6 days a week (5 weights/6cardio/ abs tues thurs sat). Any advice or any changes i should make I would appreciate. Currently I weigh 190 at 5 10/11ish. I would like to get to 180 or so...but more importantly id rather be defined and lose fat rather than what the scale says.

No it is not a good diet, I see only 3 meals and and one protein shake...calories are too low also.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

yopu dont eat breakfast before working out????
get yourself peanut butter( NATURAL), fish oil caps, flax oil and throw in more protein. Use casein and flax before bed.
And nothing beat whole clean foods. Dont go crazy with the protein shakes.

No I wake up take my thermogenics and head to the gym...in trying to burn fat is it good to eat then go to the gym?...i go first thing in the morning so i dont have time to eat an hour before or so if i worked out in the afternoon. What would be good to eat before gym? At night rather than a protein shake im gona have chicken veggies and cottage cheese plus at lunch ill include a tbsp of PB for more fat. Im 20 5'11" 188lbs. My family owns a restaurant I work there days it consists of cooking/anythin needing to be done in the kitchen. Post workout i have 2 scoops of protein with milk...then my breakfast about 2hrs later thats when it fits best in my schedule. My goal is to lean out and shed as much fat by summer as i can. Is consuming that many carbs postworkout ideal for someone trying to do this? Thanx for the input i appreciate it I wanna get my diet down perfect to burn some fat.

you are shortchanging yourself if you dont eat before your workout. ESPECIALLY when training with weights. You NEED to eat this an hour before you train and screw the thermos-take a green tea extract cap twice a day. Dotnw aste your money. None of that shit ever worked for me when contest training:
    1/2 cup Old Fashioned oats
    1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries
    1 scoop whey
1 cup coffee or a vivarin

As far as carbs after a workout, they are brutally important. Read some stickies by Jodi or Emma. You cant go wrong with their advice. Do some research on Leptin too. Cheat once a week. As far as milk is concerned, as long as it is skim after a workout, use that otherwise water. Personally, I'd use the milk only in the AM before training and wouldnt have anything but skim.
At nightime, consider one piece of chicken (broiled or grilled) and have a scoop of whey with flax. Forget the vegetables at night before bed. I wasted more time taking a shit in the morning then getting in the gym. Keep the greens up, and substitute them for complex carbs. Dont eat complex carbs after 4pm. How's that?

no fat before the workout-slows digestion.
your macros should like this: 45% protein; 25% carbs, 30% fats. Eat some steak once in a while, plenty of fish (salmon, tuna and tilapia) and turkey/chicken. Try and get in a serving of greens with every meal.
