Refeeds

Ok, I am 2 weeks into my cut, and I am fighting carb cravings almost every day. I am really not sure when I should have my refeed. I will not lie there have been times where i've given into my carb cravings and once i start I CANNOT stop. I eat lots of sugar, bagels, bread, pasta, oats, anything thats a carbohydrate. That however is not my main problem, the carb cravings I will handle myself.

The refeeds are my main problem. Assuming I do not give in to my carb cravings, how often should I be refeeding based on my stats? I realize refeeding really depends on your current bodyfat, but I just dont want to diet for 4 or 5 days, then have an enormous carb craving that i have to give in to and screw myself over. Its probably going to come down to what works for me and I'll most likely figure it out myself, but other advice/opinions would be great, thanks.

Stats:
6'3"
225 lbs
11-12% bf

Heres how I train.

Cool

Depending on your diet (assuming keto/low CHO), I'd refeed once every one to two weeks. Personally, I like Sunday. This is a great time to really add on the CHO, while minimizing your fat and keeping your protein steady. Unfortunately no one knows your body better than yourself. Please note that cheat day =/= refeed. Going on with that, the frequency of your refeeds are based on how lean you are; where lean = more frequent. This is a time where you will replenish your leptin levels. The depletion workouts (and subsequent refeed) are key for the nutrient repartitioning. I also like starchy CHO over simple carbs.
