Diet review

I'm concerend if I'm eating enough to maintain. I don't want to bulk or cut but just maintain my bodyweight and add lean body muscle. I'm 28 yrs. old., 6 ft. tall, and 195 lbs. I lift 4-5 days a week and run 3 days a week (around 2 miles each day). I am a pretty active person. Please review my diet and let me know if I should eat more, and if so what I should eat more of. I'm always hungry.

6:00 am - Protein shake (2 scoops)
1 cup oats
8:00 am - 1 whole egg, 5 egg whites
10:00 am - Protein shake (2 scoops)
12:00 am - 8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup brocolli
2:00 pm - Protein shake (2 scoops)
5:00 pm - 8 oz. fish or chicken
1 cup asparagus
8:00 pm - Protein shake (2 scoops)

Looks like more of a cutting diet to me. Also to many shakes. Personally I think you need more CARBS in that diet to maintain. I would add a cup of brown rice to the 12 pm meal and some yams or another cup of rice to the 5 pm meal.

At 8pm I'd change that shake to Cottage cheese or egg whites. You need a slow acting protein before bed

Way too much protein and not nearly enough fruits, vegetables and other complex carbs.

I would get rid of the protein shakes and eat real food....one shake a day is ok but 4 is just crazy. To fix that terrible diet start here..
