Cut, Bulk, or Maintain?

Age: 23
Height: 6'4.5"
Weight: 200.5 lbs
BF%: 16

I need help figuring out whether I should be cutting or not. I want to add some muscle mass but I don't want to put on more fat in the process. I don't plan on trying to get huge. So I was thinking I should be cutting or toward the low end of maintence, any help?

Its not going to hurt you to drop a little body fat and add lean mass - at the same time. The trick is to do it slowly. Its not possible to drop fat mass quickly and add muscle at the same time, without the use of anabolic agents (steroids).

10-12 percent is a perfectly sensible number for fat mass, and at your height, you can still carry a couple more pounds (say, 10 lbs, depending on your bone structure and bodytype) of lean body mass before you begin to approach to your natural maximum mass set point (which maybe between 220-230).

You could do a maintenance approach (keep your bodymass) and reduce fat mass by replacing it with lean mass. You're probably look better.

Depends on your dedication and training goals: strength/athletic performance, or body image.

Trouble,

I am a noob also. Please bear with me. I just want to be clear on this. When you say maintenance you mean not dealing with a caloric deficit/ or surplus(factoring in my lifestyle and exercise). Doing this I should be able to gain some lbm and cut bodyfat(recomp)? I am 6' 1.5, 210lbs and have been cutting. I am around the weight I want to be. I just want to look better.
