Why? I haven't experienced anything adverse to my health, and I've had them every morning for the past week since my last contest

They don't look too bad at all...
Ingredients:
  • Whole Grain Rolled Oats (with Oat Bran) = great!
  • EvoPro: CytoSport's Custom Protein Peptide and Amino Acid Matrix Designed to Closely Reflect the Nitrogen Components and Ratios Found in Human Mother's Milk (Micellar Alpha and Beta Caseins and Caseinates, Whey Concentrates Rich in Alpha-Lactalbumin, Whey Isolates, Whey Peptides, Purified Bovine Colostrum, Glutamine Peptides, Taurine, Lactoferrin) = fine
  • Lean Lipids Trans Fat Free Lipid Complex Selected for Thermogenic and Unique Energy Properties (Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, Enzyme Engineered Polyunsaturated Long-Chain Vegetable Oils, MCTs, L-Carnitine) = Not all together good... I am not a fan of MCTs... And the 'modified vegetable oils' is a little dubios as to what they are exactly refering too....
  • Fructose, Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Modified Food Starch, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose = These would be my main concerns... But the quantities are probably not enough to be concerned over
  • Niacinamide, Vitamin A Palmitate, Cyanocobalamin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid = basic vitamin fortification stuff...

All in all - it is probably one of the better products out.

Plus, in your case Jaim - I recommend you just eat anything that isn't going to kill you....

I have no idea what the 1700 totalgym club is...

But try diet, a good weights program +/- cardio as needed. This will work in 99% of cases.

You can add:
whey (for around workouts)
creatine (more useful if you are bulking or doing re-feeding type diets)
fish oils (6-8g a day)
calcium (1g a day from hydroxyapetite and citrate sources)
magnesium (0.5g a day, to balance calcium)
If you are serverly hypocalorific or doing endurance type training then glutamine may also be a good idea.
+/- a good multi.

That will cover most of your bases.

If you want to look into something thermogenic then yohimbe, caffeine, bitter orange and ephedra are the things that really work (warning: DO NOT combine yohimbe and ephedra and always look into possible medical reasons as to why you may want to avoid taking these).

Most other supplements are not worth the price (at least in the doses most people take them).
