Question Eating out....any suggestions on what to order?

im going to caliornia pizza kitchen... im thinking about ordering a sandwich or atleast something healthier than pizza... what do you guys think about this meal:

    Grilled Rosemary Chicken sandwhich
Chicken breast marinated in rosemary and white wine, Roma tomatoes, Romaine lettuce leaves and Grey Poupon Dijon honey mustard. (Served with your choice of herb-onion focaccia or garlic cheese focaccia and your choice of soup, classic Caesar salad or Szechuan slaw)

It isn't guilt - it is indigestion from 'scarfing' it down!

Honestly though - life is life! You need to be able to balance your BB-lifestyle with other things. One night out to enjoy a meal and socialise is NOT going to ruin your diet! Just like you don't lose weight from one day of dieting, you will not gain weight from one day of not dieting.

So eat it slowly and enjoy yourself...!

Same thing as balancing anything else. Here's the question - if you were going to a friends bachelor party would you not drink or eat buffalo wings? Eat, enjoy, and get back to work afterwards
