I'm not sure. It takes too much time to keep track of it all.

Do you take your metabolic rate into consideration when you eat that much? I would calculate the calories and protein you are getting from all of that in a day and work it in properly.

What is your metabolic rate anyways?

I don't know what a metabolic rate it. Is it found in a blood test? I just had a blood test done and can check with my doctor.

    SuppAddict,

What you are doing is insane. That is not normal at all. You are supposed to keep track of your caloric intake each day and you only need to eat 6-7 meals daily. It's a matter of how many calories you are taking in at each meal.

Sleep is absolutely essential to get big. Your body does not grow in the gym, it grows outside of the gym. Sleep and diet are the two biggest things you should be focusing on.

You will never get bigger by setting your alarm every two hours.

your metabolic rate is the number of calories you burn / day.
You can find a calorie calculator to estimate your rate in the ONLINE FITNESS CALCULATOR post.

Looks like a whole lot of calories. How many calories is that? I don't think eating that often is very healthy. Also looks a bit overkill on the PB.

Damn and i thought i ate a lot You like others have said only need 6-7 meals a day. You reach rem of sleep after sleeping for a constant amount of time you need to get several cycles of this. Rem is when gh is released and when your body gets it's most important sleep(dreaming sleep). How much do you weigh? Keep the fruit to like 2-4 serving per day (15carbs per serving)

The man doesn't lie. You pass through 4 stages of sleep in order to reach REM sleep. In order to do so, you need to sleep 4.5 - 5.5 hours straight.

Wow, thats all I said when I read that. As stated above you really need deep sleep setting your alarm every two hours can't be healthy for you, but I must say I admire your dedication.

I agree. I totally admire your dedication. But, what you're doing is just plain stupid and unhealthy.

Good man and i must say you have the right mind set. I admire that. You remind me of me. I'm the only guy in my gym who squats, being told by the other guys that it's a weird "girl" exercise. Just do what it takes hard work pays off.

First off, I have a job.

Second, why don't you get a job and stop posting 95 messages a day. At least my eating is actually helping me. If your posts were actually helpful instead of just belittling everyone, it would be different.

i can't believe no one has said to cut down on the 4 PROTEIN SHAKES??

Bit overkill and you are wasting ALOT of protein as your body can only absorb so much

1.5grams x lbm is all the protein you need. Your diet is too complicated. Work out how much macros you need exactly. Make it all at once and partition it into 6 tupper wares. Takes me a 1/2 hour a day to cook everything

say 8 whey protein shakes with 2 scoops, average about 20g per scoop of protein thats 320 g

Now go by the rule 1g -1.5 g per lb of bodyweight you would have to be weighing in at about 320 lbs before you could absorb all this protein in and that isn;t taking into account your other food sources

Needs some work and not as many meals mate

I personally get 2 a day on school days(in school) and 1 on days out of school. I think whey has important properties to it and is good post workout.
