lala

I was at the store the other day and they had some of their "super special sale" promotions going or whatever the hell they call them. Normally I just skip it all because it's usually only shoveled shit they call sugar on sale, but I noticed as I walking around with six tubs of Oats in my hands that they were selling those packages of Carl Buddig Ham/Turkey/ETc... for like $.29¢ and cans of Jack Mackeral for $.40¢. I've always been under the impression the Buddig stuff wasn't very good, but at that price, I picked up a few. 12g protein per packet; any thoughts on how poor the quality here? Having left my packed cooler at the office and not going home for a couple hours, for less than .60¢ I figured it wasn't bad for a day; but at that price it may be worth buying more for the future, I don't know.
And Jack Mack; never had it, always only eaten Tuna, Orange Roughy, Salmon and Halibut as my fish sources. Any thoughts there?
IMO its like all processed ham etc 50% ham, 30% filler, 10% sugar and 10% fat. dunno bout the fish tho.
