Out of all the searching and stickies, I cant seem to find this simple question answered...
My weight is in my sig. To maintain that weight, how many calories do I consume? To bulk, how many more do I consume? (how much is too much I mean) To cut, how much LESS calories do I consume (how much is too little)? Though I do want to know my weight, Id also like to know how you could guess how many calories you think a person should consume at any weight, male or female? Again, all I found from the stickies were macro proportions, so if I missed something Id like to see it. Thanks!

Well I'm sorry for being vague but it depends. Some really skinny people need to eat 4000 cals. Well a very big man may only need 2000 cals. A very very vague way is bodyweight times 15-maintenance. The best way is to see how much eat on a givenday in cals for a week. If you matained your weight well now you know. Sorry again for the vagueness.

calculate your metabolic rate and it will tell you how many calories you approximately burn in a day. If you want to maintain eat around the same. If you want to Bulk eat more than you burn. If you want to cut (I don't know what to do) I'm assuming eat less calories.
I eat around 4000 / day right now
