    Anyone had good results with this meal replacement? (Growth Factor X) It seems to be a decent one.

    I got four boxes of that for $12.00 at VW it was experiment product so at $3.00 a box I bought all they had left.Its not bad I add creatine with it I have a shake every now and than. I eat more food so I dont do the shakes that often.

    The price is nice but the product is pure crap.

    Its just a decades-old version of a "proprietary blend of undenatured milk proteins" that they thickened with starch, fruit syrup and wood pulp ("maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharide, tocotrienol fiber, cellulose gum."

    Couldn't pay me to eat it.
