    Serious Mass

Decided to go back to my old days when I used to actually take a weight gainer. Ah, it's going to be good. Bought myself a 12lb bag o' Serious Mass

Serious Mass because most of the carbs didn't come from sugar, and it had a decent amount of protein for the calories that was, in my mind, a good blend. Plus, Serious Mass tastes great.

A full serving is two scoops, 1250 calories, but I don't need "that" much, so I use one scoop each time for 625 cals. Usually I'll have 4-5 scoops a week, mostly at work to make sure I can get all my calories in. Hard for me to eat enough whole foods at work when things get busy.

You think Serious Mass is healthy enough for a 16-year old to take as a gainer?

Kavka dude, in my opinion ur too young to use a weight gainers, u need to eat real food, depending on your weight and goals, heres some advice that the owner of the first gym I went to told me, " If it moves.... eat it, if it doesnt move.... eat it." Just eat clean as much as u can, eat sandwiches, have a few snacks in between meals, and the occasional burger/ hot dog wont hurt, depending on your goals.

Serious Mass shakes are SERIOUSly thick. Not sure they're what you want if you're full already.

start eating out heavier chicks their poon has more calories. J/K. try to eat every 3 hours or so, make sure its atleast 500 cals. I put on most of my weight with raw eggs, and anything I can put in a blender with it, I dont recommend it though, but a weight gainer shake would in no way be unhealthy, weight gainers usually have alot of vitamins, minerals and aminos your missing. If a shake is what it takes for you to get the cals in then so be it, just try to lay off the sugars.

You'd have to stay up all day to get adequate calories at 500 a meal, three hours between each. That's what I use for my contest diet.

Just eat. All the time. Go on a see food diet: See it, eat it.

I mean a gainer might help me greatly. Because I can't eat that much solid food w/o getting full fast and a shake, even a thick shake at night would help my goals.

Kavka, if you get full quickly cut back on your portion sizes so you get protein, carbs and fat in every meal, and once ur body is used to eating six meals a day then slowly increase the ammounts.
