    Please critique my cut plan

I've been considering cutting now, but slowly to avoid loss of LBM since this is my 1st time. What do you think of me doing the following:

1: replacing my semi-skimmed milk with water in my protein powder
2: cutting out simple sugar such as chocolate and stopping my postworkout sugar spike
3: performing aerobic 3x a week immediately after a workout.
4: cut back a little bit on my complex carb intake but have a lil more fat (nuts)
    5: drink ice water?
6: Eat lean meats such as chicken/turkey and I (now) have plenty of veg and some fruit

I'm not expecting instant results but a gradual change over months. What do you think?
I love it when a plan comes together.

Tough had a thread somewhere that said drinking cold water would help you lose fat, seems logical.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Chew 5-6 pieces of gum all day.... more resistance = more calories lost.
