Mike, not to sound like a pain in the ass, but have you read any of the threads in the diet and nutrition forums? There is A LOT of information in there about dieting... What are you eating now (besides expired whey protein)? I saw that you posted about your training in another thread and folks are giving you some feedback there, as well.
A word of advice... there are tons of people on here who can help you but you have to also help yourself. SEARCH through the site, read stickies, read other people's journals. Read other websites, too. Seek information, seek knowledge.
For now, start by posting what you currently eat, and if you have any food allergies or medical conditions or medications that require special dietary needs. That should make it easier for some of us to be able to point you in the right direction...
