    Cutting diets! which one?

Which diet is the best, I have been on anabolic diet for a month or so and the results are 2lbs a week are typical so I think this diet might be more of a bulking then anything. But I was wondering what you guys would recommend if I should go with a 40/40/20 diet or if you guys have any other ideas regarding this. My weight is 210 and my body fat is 19.1% my goal is to get to 10% by end of August. Is this possible?

The best diet is a diet that:
    1. you can stick to
    2. creates a sufficient calorie deficiency
    3. provides you with enough protein
    4. provides you with enough healthy fats
    5. keeps you healthy (fiber, vitamins, minerals)
    6. keeps your workouts productive

Above and beyond that - everything is fluff...

If you want to hit 10% by August you have to lose ~9% BF, which is ~2% (~4-5 pounds) per month. That is very do-able (esp in regards to the first few %'s)... Just create yourself a diet that will give you ~1-1.5 pounds a week of fat loss and you will be fine.
