    Bulking cycle - how much do you gain?

    Just curious - how much weight do you gain during your bulking cycle?

    It's different for everyone... Originally, I went from 157 to 180 and stayed at 180 for about 3 months, then lost about 7lbs, and then went to about 190... I would've liked to have kept gaining weight that entire time, but circumstances didn't allow it...

    I'm still undecided whether I'm going to shoot for 200-210lbs after my cut (20-30lbs gain) or just eat clean at maintenance and hope for ~10-15 lean lbs per year...

    depends on how long it is, much many calories you consume over maintenance on a daily level, and how easy you gain weight. Unless of course you are asking us how much weight we gain on a bulking cycle.
