I am not sure where you get those macros from maybe you could break them down per meal, cause it doesn't look right.

Couple of Comments. Where are Veggies, complex Carbs, and EFA's

I got them from fitday. And about the veggies, it depends if my cafe has them most of time its nothing healthy but I knew I would have veggies in my diet. Regarding the complex carbs again I was already going to eat them but I never know when my cafe has whole wheat pasta or brown rice.

Weight and bf% would help. Truthfully veggies and protein are the most important part of fat loss. Take out the grains and starches and see how visable your stomach gets.

Currently I am at 209lbs and at 19.1% body fat. I am trying to only get wheat bread and wheat pasta but its hard cause the school cafe is never consistant with their food.

Try and get 250 grams of protein. When you fat loss stops remove starches and grains. Take cals away from carbs. Also please try and get 71-80 grams of fat. Take 6-12 grams of fish oil. Add more veggies when ever possible(canned green beens, frozen stuff, and bell peppers can be eaten without cooking.) Get 6-7 meals. I think your doing good and def got the basics. I'm assuming your lifting 3 times a week hard heavy compound lifts. You can and should raise your cals with the protein and fat grams try to get 2500 cals then cut 200 off when it stalls. If i did'nt say somthing right or confuse you with my grammer please just ask again. Your doing good to get into lifting.
