    cheers

I do have a few questions however

I am an endomorph well i am by no means skinny and not obese either and i was looking at the ratio's to use for bulking, what is your opinion i saw one 50/30/20?? i am unsure how i work this out? so i would have to have e.g 400g carbs,280g of Protein and 80g of fat throughout the day, does that sound right??

I know this is the diet forum but i'll try to slip this one in without anyone noticing ,can i still do cardio 3 times a week (3-4 mile run first thing in the morning)

How many more calories should i be over my RMR in order to bulk succesfully?

I think thats about it,i will carry on reading and see if i can think of anything else then i will proceed with making a diet

    Thanks

    Chris

Although ratios can give you a basic guidelines I would calculate your requirements off your lean mass/weight instead.

But yes, for bulking, if you do not have any glucose tolerance issues, then higher carbs (~50%) is usually helpful.... Protein requirements will depend on your lean mass [Get 1-1.25g protein per pound (or up to 1.5g per lean mass)] then you add fats (aim for something ~0.4-0.5g per pound).

You can - but it may hinder results... I would suggest you cut down the length... And at least make sure you eat before hand...

How many more calories should i be over my RMR in order to bulk succesfully?
Start at ~10% more... Wait for ~2-3 weeks. If you do not see a change, increase by a further 10%.
