i am having some trouble getting rid of some body fat, mainly around my stomach region, and its more like baby fat. I work out, run alot, eat decently, but still it doesnt go away!!! I was wondering if it may be my diet or whats the deal. can anyone help??
if this helps im 5'11, 175 lbs, do mainly calenthestics 5x a week, and run about 20 miles a week
i want my abs to show, because i they are nice when i pull down the skin and flab![]()

im on the same page as u are, low bf, decent amoutn of LBM but the little bit of flab is there, I think that is because I used to be super fat, so what i say you do(this is what i am going to do after my break) is to let ur body slowly recomp to ur body as in go on a maintain phase, to keep ur bf lower but increase LBM slowly.

When people posted questions regarding your diet, they were serious man. Diet is key to fat loss. If you are in the Navy, your diet is most likely pre-arranged, and you don't have too much control over it. But, do what you can, as eating right will get you to your goals.
