    Creatique my diet.

    Breakfast - 2 Eggs, Milk ( with whey )

Lunch - Either the school's lunch ( which is pretty healthy as all foods cannot be fried, and I cut out the fatty stuff - french fries etc ) or tuna fish sandwhich.

Afterschool workout - Protein shake, sometimes a fruit ( apple, banana, orange )

Dinner - Chicken or Steak or Beef ( with a green, and usually potatoes )

Night - Cereal ( Special K or something like it ) or a fruit

Please just throw in some ideas and what I could change to eat a bit healthier. I want to just drop around 15-20 lbs in 3 months.

You're school doesn't allow fried foods to be served in the caf? Man my school blows, all they serve is poutine and BLTs and shit. I hate it.

Skip the milk and whey and increase your eggs. Also, have a small fruit here too.

Lunch - Either the school's lunch ( which is pretty healthy as all foods cannot be fried, and I cut out the fatty stuff - french fries etc ) or tuna fish sandwhich.
Tuna Fish sandwhich with some leafy greens and 2 Fish oil caps
[b]If you are going to have bread make sure it doesn't have a bunch of crappy ingredients in it. If possible stick with sprouted grain bread. Have some safflower mayo with the tuna and a salad with 4 fish oil caps

Afterschool workout - Protein shake, sometimes a fruit ( apple, banana, orange )
Not sure but you need something to spike your insulin, you need a simple carbohydrate here as far as i know, maybe someone else can help
Whey, little bit of yogurt and oats and a banana is all you need. If you want to be really strict you can do what I do whey and oats only.

Dinner - Chicken or Steak or Beef ( with a green, and usually potatoes )
    What green's?Good though?
You would be better off with sweet potatos or brown rice. Is that salad there too?

Night - Cereal ( Special K or something like it ) or a fruit
    Protein?EFA's?
Very bad meal. Casein protein or cottage cheese with 4 fish oil caps. Or Red meat.

    Hope it helps
Good suggestions but I will add more. See my comments in bold above.
