Generally speaking - it is unlikely that the skin will shrink back... With extreme weight loss you usually have to get surgery to remove excess folds.
Ok, so I've lost quite abit of weight and noticed lately that I have some rather loose skin. Mainly this is on the inside of my thighs, on the side of my rib cage, and abit on my biceps/upper arm.
How long usually does it take for skin cells to reduce so they get into shape with the rest of my body?
Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%
