Leaving only 5 minutes will mean the banana will just be sitting in your stomach ready to be up-chucked after a particularly trying set of squats.

You are better off waiting for ~30 minutes..

And yes - I would add a scoop of whey to that.

the thing is, i take my a-akg, CEE, noxplode 30-45 min before my workout, and theyre to be taken on an empty stomach, so i eat 30-45 min after i consume those..making me consume the banana/whey 5-10min before lifting....
    What should i do?

Take it with the CEE/ noxplode. The uptake will not be altered to a great extent.
