    I <3 Quizno's

Well, I train pretty hard.. I'm gonna post my routine in the training forum, but my only flaw is this..

I love Quizno's... I get the same thing every day for lunch, regular size Tuna Sub on Wheat with Tomato's and Red wine vinegrate...

Basically, ingredients = Tuna + Mayo + Wheat bread... And the red wine is basically salt + soy bean oil...

I eat pretty good the rest of the day, my basic daily routine eats looks somethin like this...

    Morning:

    Morning Shake -
    2tbs natural PB
    1 1/2 scoop Whey
    16 oz milk
    1 banana
Supplements: 3 fish oil, 2 oat bran

    Meal #2:

    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
    10 oz milk
chicken or turkey burger (home cooked)
Supps: 2 fish oil, 2 oat

    Meal #3:

Half a regular size tuna sub (Approx 1 can of tuna)
    10 oz milk
I throw spinach leafs on my sub..
    Supps: 3 fish oil

    Meal #4:

    Rest of the Sub
    10 oz milk
    Supps: 3 fish, 2 oat

Meal #5: (Post Workout, I take N0-Explode before workout)

    16 oz water
    2 scoops whey
    1 banana
    Supps: 3 fish, 2 oat

    Meal #6: (Before bed)

    1 cup cottage cheese
    8 oz milk
    Supps: 5 fish, 2 oat

Keep in mind, i'm pretty lazy when it comes to preparing meals, but I do my best honestly. I'm pretty good to get this far into the process..

So anyways, hows it look, should I start makin my own tuna sandwiches (which ive done before and dont like nearly as much), or think I can pull off stickin to it?

    Specs on me:

    Age: 21
    Height: 6"2
    Weight: 215
Bodyfat: Gauged 3 weeks ago, was at 15%

    Input please!

I don't trust these places that don't put nutritional information on their websites. I would imagine the tuna sub is loaded with fat and calories. The Subway six inch tuna has 22g fat and 450 calories. I can't imagine Quizno's is any better.

...but I suppose you could eat worse things.
