    May - September, critique please

If you have not read any of my posts, I am here on a quest to gain a lot of weight for football next season. Thus, in doing so, I need AS MUCH HELP AS I CAN GET. I haven't started a diet yet but I will starting May all the way to September.

May to mid-June (@ school, weekday)

7:00 AM - GNC Pro PerformanceŽ Weight Gainer 1850 (Vanilla, mmmm -- 74 g of protein), Bagel w/ cream cheese, Green/Red Pepper slices (or Banana), Orange Juice, 3 glasses of Milk

    8:10-9:59 AM - Classes...woohoo!

10:00 AM [recess] - No idea what I should have as a snack. Need help here.

    10:15-11:50 AM - More classes...damn.

11:55 AM [lunch] - Dining Hall Food, Large Salad (what should it consist of? what type of dressing...how much dressing?), PBJ sandwich, Red/Green Apple, 3 glasses of Milk

12:30-2:50 PM - Classes till end of school.

    3:00 PM - Protein bar (5-15 g), Creatine, Glutamine

    3:45-6 PM - Practice

6:20 PM (at home) - Creatine, Glutamine, Whey Protein (don't know how much I should serve myself)

7:30 or 8:00 PM [dinner] - GNC Pro PerformanceŽ Weight Gainer 1850, Tuna Melt, Quesadilla or Burrito or Chicken with Mexican Rice, 3 glasses of Milk, 3 glasses of Orange Juice, Banana or Apple

    8:00-11:30 PM - Homework

    11:45 - Glutamine, 2 glasses of Milk/Water, PBJ sandwich

I will post my mid-June to September (also my school weekend) schedule later.

right i'll try and help you out firstly how big are you now?

7:00 AM - GNC Pro PerformanceŽ Weight Gainer 1850 (Vanilla, mmmm -- 74 g of protein), Bagel w/ cream cheese, Green/Red Pepper slices (or Banana), Orange Juice, 3 glasses of Milk
Not sure about Bagels as we don't really have them in the UK but from my knowledge they are quite fattening, and if you want to bulk up you wanna go clean if you are going for wheat products such as bread always go wholeweat, personally i am not a fan of weight gainers due to the very high amounts of calories. If this was me and i was trying to put on some serious size i would be having 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled,Oats and berries and Creatine

    8:10-9:59 AM - Classes...woohoo!

10:00 AM [recess] - No idea what I should have as a snack. Need help here.
Tuna sandwhich with mayo on wholewheat bread and lettuce?

    10:15-11:50 AM - More classes...damn.

11:55 AM [lunch] - Dining Hall Food, Large Salad (what should it consist of? what type of dressing...how much dressing?), PBJ sandwich, Red/Green Apple, 3 glasses of Milk
    PBJ sandwhich?
    My suggestion
Natural Peanut butter sandwhich wholewheat bread with Bannana and 3-4 fish oil caps, not sure about the milk, why so much?surely there are some better ways to strengthen bones and build up calcium?

12:30-2:50 PM - Classes till end of school.

    3:00 PM - Protein bar (5-15 g), Creatine, Glutamine
This needs work in every meal you shuold have protein (done) carbs (small amount probably in bar) and EFA's (healthy fats, none)

    3:45-6 PM - Practice

6:20 PM (at home) - Creatine, Glutamine, Whey Protein (don't know how much I should serve myself)
Serve yourself 50g this is when your body will absorb whatever is thrown at it e.g Protein also add a bannana to this to spike your insulin

7:30 or 8:00 PM [dinner] - GNC Pro PerformanceŽ Weight Gainer 1850, Tuna Melt, Quesadilla or Burrito or Chicken with Mexican Rice, 3 glasses of Milk, 3 glasses of Orange Juice, Banana or Apple
Revise this with comments above about protein, carbs and EFA's

    8:00-11:30 PM - Homework

    11:45 - Glutamine, 2 glasses of Milk/Water, PBJ sandwich
Don't have a PB sandwhich now you want something like Casein Protein which is a slow release protein to supply your muscles throughout the night

    Hope this helps

Once it is revised i will look back through it,btw there are very knowledgable people on here e.g Jodi,Emma Leigh etc that know alot about nutrition i am a novice really

Yeah, can't do much without your stats.

Are these the sort of stats you are looking for?

    Bench: 230
    Squat: 319
    Clean/Dead: dunno
Percent Body Fat is: around 7 or 8%

I workout cardio and a few lifts 4 days a week.

If you were to look at me, you would say I have literally no fat to lose but loads of muscle to gain. I want to focus on upper body in my lifts. I have no idea how any of this affects the way I eat though.

Since I got this fever, I now weigh 147 pounds at 5'9.

Today, I just went to the doctor (because I have a fever) and he measured my BF % at 10.5% except I don't think it will stay that way once I am done with this fever.
