    natty pb

    i kno the fat is healthy in it but i eat like 3 servings a day sometimes is too much of this healthy fat a bad thing if im trying to drop my body fat pct?

    If it puts you over your calories for the day, definitely yes.

    If you are trying to go below a certain body fat percentage (like for a contest) most likely yes.

    If you are within your calories for the day, no.

    If you are just trying to lower your body fat and you have a long way to go, BUT you are within your calories for the day, most likely no.

    i would say if you are trying to lower bodyfat stray away from having excessive amounts of natural PB and stick to other sources of EFA's that you can obtain with protein e.g Salmon and Tuna etc or have a capsule.

    I believe there are much better sources of EFA's besides eating PB
