If it puts you over your calories for the day, definitely yes....is too much of this healthy fat a bad thing if im trying to drop my body fat pct?
If you are trying to go below a certain body fat percentage (like for a contest) most likely yes.
If you are within your calories for the day, no.
If you are just trying to lower your body fat and you have a long way to go, BUT you are within your calories for the day, most likely no.
