When Can I expect to stop gaining muscle?

    Ok heres my situation.

I was 5"4 and 218 pounds with about 34% body fat. I'm now 185 with 20% Body fat.

I've been working out for the last 5 months really hard with a personal trainer, I'm at the gym 6-7 days a week lifting weights every other day and doing cardio 6 days a week. I'm following a good diet and have cut out 99% of all the junk I used to eat.

I have read on these forums that You cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, unless you are new to weight training, which I am, or was.

After 5 months I am very pleased with my results. I have been recieving comments not only on my weight loss but people are commenting that I am getting musular, and I am starting to look buff.

I am starting to look buff and was wondering what my next step should be.
I am eating about 1500-1800 calories a day and I was wondering if I should change my diet up.

Should I now " switch gears" and eat everything in sight so I can bulk or stick with what I have been doing for a little longer?

Basicly how long can I keep getting bigger while being on a calorie deficit?

I don't know how many calories I burn while ligfting weights but my 6 cardio sessions a week burn about 800-1100 calories each time depending on what Machine I am using.

    Any help would be appreicated.

    Thanks

increase ur calorie intake to 2500-3000 calorie but slightly i mean every week increase by 200 and train for 3-4 days a week start decreasing sets and reps and significantly increase ur weights do some cardio if u r already doing keep it on....i'm sure u r going to make nice gains with this ,,,second don't cut carbs increase ur carbs and have enough efaas
