when you start cutting how long does it take to start noticing any effect from your diet? i think i read 21 days in another post - is that about right?

Typically, on regular diets I will usually suggest waiting at least 2-3 weeks after starting to see the effect that the diet is having. After this time, if your weight/BF is not changing as you would like, then it probably means you need to change something.
