Talking Cutting - need diet ideas !!

I'm looking to cut down my body fat but I don't want to eat like 10 meals a day. Maybe something like:

    breakfast
    snack
    lunch
    snack
    prelift snack
    Work out
    shake
    dinner
    snack

What kinds of things should I be eating for these meals?

    I'm about 5-10, 170lb.

    Thanks -
I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

Actually, read the stickies on this forum about weight loss and cycling and also about leptin.

And read everything you can by Jodi and Emma Leigh. They are incredible sources of information.
