    Hit a Plateau?

I'm 5'10-176lbs. I have hit a plateu, and can't lose anymore. At one time I was down to 167, but that was about a year ago. I'm still eating extrememly clean, going to the gym 6 times a week, doing HGM workout, cardio 6 times per week, with 3 of those being HIIT, the other 45 minutes of a combo of machines. When I lift, I really push myself, same with the cardio. I cheat once a week or so, the thing is, I don't have a six pack, or that much definition. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a blob, but definately not ripped.
Could it be that my body doesn't want to lose anymore weight and I am going to stay at this weight? If I keep doing what I am doing, will my body eventually start losing fat again? An example of what I would eat would be:

Breakfast-2 Eggs, whole wheat toast with adams pb, and 1 cup milk
Snack-Yogurt, and some trail mix or a protein bar
Lunch-Fish w/salad or asparagus, or a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with some nuts
Dinner-Chicken with brown rice/brocolli, or fish with green vegetable
Snack-Protien shake, or yogurt with some nuts

Just keep going and I'll eventually lose that flab, or change something up? If change, what should I change?

When is the last time you took a break? I'm thinking you might be overtraining, and have a modest problem with stress hormone working against your efforts to lose weight.

The other item is that you really need to evaluate diet analytically, in terms of calories in and calories expended.

You got a diet journal? Do you know how calories you take in? Percentages of protein/carts/fat?

Listing what you eat, without us knowing the numbers, isn't going to help us.

One things for sure, if you're not losing weight and not gaining it, you are at point where your body has reached an energy accomdation with respect to your exertion rate. Something has to change...less calories isn't necessary the key here.

I guess we need more information from you, then a bit of discussion on your diet and training, sleep, stress management strategies. Diet history, approximae age too.
