if you are using Pam (small amount), then wether you scrambled or cook your eggs over easy wont change the nutritional breakdown. if you start adding butter, oils, etc then it will.
How do the different cooking styles of eggs effect their nutrition facts?
Ex: fried, scrambled, over-easy, etc.
I would thin they would't be that differnt if you fried them with pam or something compared to scrmbled with pam. thanks.

" To dream anything you want to dream: That is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything you want to do: That is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself to test your limits: that is the courage to succeed."
If you wish to fry or scramble eggs, you have two choices.
Use a stick-free cooking surface. Use a fat-free, low calorie free cooking spray (Pam), or use a healthy fat that also works as a supplement (Sesalean, olive oil, sunflower seed oil).
I also add various spices and herbs to my eggs for flavor and for their health promoting qualities.
