i dont get it ... so the total amount of my cal intake i take 40% of that and that should be from protien?etc...?hmm seems complicated im still getting use to the 6 meals a day lol my meals r as follows
MEAL ONE
PACKET OF OATMEAL 3-4 EGGWHITES 1 HOLE EGG
MEAL 2
TUNA SANDWICH AND FRUIT IE APPLE OR PEAR
MEAL 3
CHICKEN BREAST RICE VEGGIES
MEAL 4
PROTIEN DRINK AND SOME VEGGIES
MEAL 5
CHICKEN BREAST AND PASTA
MEAL 6
PROTIEN SHAKE
any good i think it is but let me know plz...
