One thing is for sure, you should be getting more than 1 scoop of whey for your breakfast. Especially if you're not going to be eating again for 3 hours. You'll be catabolic the whole time. At least have an MRP with some carbs and a few hundred calories at the very least. You could have some fish oil caps too or a tablespoon of flax oil also to get some good fats in you for breakfast. A handful of almonds or some kind of nuts takes like 5 seconds. What about a banana? There are things you can eat that take almost no time.
