    i just ate..

    2 hot dogs, 1 eggo, 3 cans of fiva alive and 4mini pizzas, im tryin to gain about 30lbs, that meal wouldnt be too hard on my fat - muscle ratio would it?

    Wow the bad fat to crappy carbs to good protein ratio in that meal is simply amazing.

    If you're serious, and this is pretty much normal dieting for you, it's horrible... If it's a cheat meal once every couple weeks, that's one thing, but I hope you aren't expecting to gain 30lbs of muscle with food like this.
