    diet help

    hey people,

i have my training routine all worked out but still would like some guidance with my diet. basically i dont know what i should be eating and when etc...

    a normal day would be,
breakfast(6am)- bowl of cereal(nutrigrain) with milk, 2 pieces of toast with vegemite
morning tea(9.30am)- 1 apple, tin of tuna
lunch(12.30pm)- 2 sandwiches, 1 with ham/chicken, 1 with vegemite... love vegemite down under!
afternoon(4pm)- snack on some pistachio nuts, couple of biscuits
->workout- 4.30/5pm, protein drink right after workout
tea(6/6.30pm)- chicken/fish/steak with side of potatoes
    9pm- protein drink

does that sort of diet look good? it works out roughly to about 170g of protein. im 185pound and 6'2(188cms) tall. anything i should change or eat more of etc..?

thanks, hope you guys can help!

ur fats must not go below 15-20% of ur calories and should be healthy fats (fish oil , flaxseed oil , nuts , peanut butter, etc)

ur carbs should be from complex carbs (vegetables and whole wheat products no white bread and stuff...)should not go below 35% of ur calories

u must read the stickies in the main page....

read the books written by tom venuto i read them all they will make u understand every single word in nutrition.... ex: burn the fat feed the muscle
