    My Refeed Day

    Here is my refeed day, I think it is pretty sound, I am excited to actually be able to eat today and get some energy from a bunch of carbs, tell me how it is and what I should change.

    2 scoops whey
    1 tbsp flax
    1 cup oats
    1 green apple

    train

    2 scoops whey
    1 plain bagel
    1 tbsp honey

    London broil
    1 cup oats
    broccoli
    2 fish caps

    Salmon
    1 cup brown rice
    spinach and mushrooms
    2 fish caps

    Striped Bass
    1 sweet potato
    2 fish caps

    6 Egg whites 1 whole
    1/2 cup rice
    2 tbsp natty PB

    2 scoops whey
    1 tbsp flax

    I would cut down on the fat personally.

    Yea ussually on a refeed day you eat alot of carbs and not only complex but more simple carbs as well and very little fat.

    i eat only the fats in the food. As for everything else it looks pretty decent. Try to encorporate some med-high GI carbs too (waffles, white rice and bagels). It helps better than slow burners.
