    Post Meal Program

    hey suckas, what's up. Was wondering if anyone could help me set up a meal schedule or tell me of one they have.
    Stats:

    6'
    185 lbs.
    32" waist
    14" arms
    40" chest
    25" thighs
    17" calves
    12" forearms
    14% Bodyfat

    Goals by 6-0-01

    200 lbs.
    34" waist
    16" arms
    44" chest
    26" thighs
    18" calves
    14" forearms
    10% bodyfat

    Well, I figure my waist isn't gonna stay 32" if I gain 15 or 20 pounds.

    Your 16 so any groth spurt is possible but your numbers for weight and lean muscle gains arn't realy correct.
    What I mean is, if you put 2" on your arms, you'd probably gain the 15lb from that alone.
    2" doesn't sound like much but if you cut it off and put it on a counter, you'd have a good pile of meat.

    Your only giveing yourself a 3 month goal? Why not shoot for something a little longer like 6 or even a year. Lots can happen if you work hard.
