Thumbs up Know your body's alkalinity?

When was the last time you reviewed your body's alkalinity? Probably never knew it existed. Well, check out
www.bluegrass.net/~jclark/alkaline_foods.htm
and see how critical it is.

Talking Slight more alkaline than acid, yep.

[color=teal]
Everyone's body is just barely on the alkaline side. Life cannot exist on the acid side of base. You kidneys maintain your
pH via the output of ammonia and bicarbonate as buffers.
At death pH drops below 7.0.
Be carefull of what you read. Many suppliment websights are geared
toward the general public's lack of knowledge in areas such
as chemistry, and the medical sciences.

Ideally everyone should be alkaline. However, if the body is not able to keep up with maintaining its alkalinity then symptoms of illness may develope.

Some friends have tried the litmus test and found that they are slightly acidic.
