    Question protein snacks?

    does anyone know of any high protein, low fat foods that are great to just keep around as snacks, something i can munch on all day?

    Beef Jerkey is an option but I would be careful with the high sodium. You could always make your own too. As far as protein, there isn't much around for snacking. Why would you snack? How often are you eating? If you are eating every 3 hours like you should, then you shouldn't have time to snack. :hmm:

    Almonds, perhaps?
    I eat alot of almonds.

    SnBdr190, Jodie is right if you are eating enough then you shouldnt need to snack, but if like me ur metabolism is fat and you feel a little bit peckish durin the day, then before you leave the house chuck a few scoops of whey into a tuperware container along with the scoop, and pack ur shaker obviously, then when you feel peckish pound down a protein shake.
