How fast should I cut? Is this too fast?

Am I cutting weight too fast? I want to lose only fat, of course.

I have gone from about 220 to 210 in 1 month. (about 2.5 lb per week). I am carb cycling, but eat 250 gm of protein every day. I am eating quality carbohydrates and fats, except for 1 cheat day per week.

I am lifting 4x per week and doing 1 or 2x20 min of HIIT cardio per day on cut days only. (about 5 days per week).

Your cutting seems fine, 2.5lbs a week. I've seen people some drop 40lbs in month to get ready for competition, and ended up loosing alot of their muscle mass. But yeah keep up the good work, and best of luck to you.

not so fast , good progress keep it on , but u should say how much is ur bf% if u have a high bf % i guess it's normall to lose much weight in the begining , but if u have low bf... i guess 2.5 is to much try to make it slower and have more patience in order not to hit a plateau and not to lose much muscles...
