    sushi good?

I eat sushi and im trying to lose body fat. Is this a good food?

I usually eat tuna and cucumber, salmon and cucumber, and spicy crunchy tuna. I was told sushi is a healthy food to eat,but then again, one can never be to sure.

There is too much rice for the amount of toppings/fillings you get. More rice = more carbs = more glucose.
    No Milk, no.

it really depends on your goals. I've recently cleaned up my diet from munching out every night on junk food and eating maybe 1 or 2 decent meals a day, to eating 4-5 balanced meals/day. i eat about 3-5 rolls of sushi 2-3x/week and have leaned out like mad, to the point that my bro's GF wants to know what 'diet' i'm following.

also i'm a strength person, so i don't really care too much about my bodyfat and my goal wasn't even to cut or anything, it just happened due to a host of contributing factors.
