    post cardio workout meal?

After doing a fat burning cardio work out, what is a good meal to meat? Snack or such? I dont want to just dump more fat after running for 50 minutes

I have the protein shake recipe I stole from Rich Franklin when I saw a feature on him on SpikeTV. Every morning after 45-60 minutes running I chug one.

Ingredients: 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup whole grain oatmeal, 1 bananna (or one-half if you prefer less carbs), 2 cups (or more to taste) water, 1 tblspoon flax oil (rexall 40 calorie/4.5 fat)...... blend for a minute or two.. maybe throw it in the freezer while you are running and re-blend when you're done. tastes great

comes out to about 425 cals 59grams carbs and 26grams protein 10 or so grams fat

    couldn't live without it
