    Basic diet needed

Ok, i am 18 years old, the exercise i do is...

    1. 400 sit-ups per day
    2. Soccer 3 times a week

I need someone to please suggest/supply me with a basic diet schedule which i could stick to (i.e no complicated recipies etc)

I would also like some advice on how i can exercise the upper part of my chest, as doing sit-ups has made me musclier on the lower part of my chest, but i need to find a way of building up the upper part of my chest

    Thanks

Wrong place for training, try the training forums; that may help you if you read a little. You already know soccer and sit-ups don't do it. As far as diet goes, read around the stickies then ask more informed questions.

dont just give him a quick answer like that. Bradd, you need to think more seriously about weight training. For example, when you work chest, the shoulders and triceps come into play. How about strengthening them? True you can build an impressive chest with just inclines as they raise the upper part of your chest. But youre going to look pretty fucking retarded with chicken arms and no shoulder development. When I started training, I wanted big arms. I got em, but after a while I looked pretty unbalanced. This hurt me in my first few shows some years later. Now, I concentrate on forming the most asthetic, most well balanced body I can win with.

Think about this before you invest the time into training.
