Question High Fat Diet / Post Workout Shake

IN THE ARTICLE THAT W8 POSTED ON BEVERLY'S HIGH FAT DIET, STRAWBERRIES WERE SUGGETED POSTWORKOUT AS A PROTEIN SHAKE - IS THERE A SUBSTITUTE I COULD USE INSTEAD OF STRAWBERRIES? MAYBE ORANGE JUICE? HOW MUCH?

No juices! 1/2 an apple, or 1/2 a grapefriut, or the equivalent in other berries!

BTW, its not a high fat diet. (higher maybe, but there are some out there up to 60% like the Anabolic Diet")
