Hi, Im 18 and I have been working out for a little over a year. I was 5'6 @168 lbs but with proper diet and excercise I was able to drop down to 130. Since like October I have been trying to gain more muscle and with the help of creatine, no2 and shit loads of protein and food Ive jumped up to about 140. Im about at 10% body fat and my abs are starting to show more and more everyday, I love it. Neway Im getting ready to start Sans V12 Turbo (used it before and loved it), Animal Methoxy Stak (never tried it), and Lipodrene (with 25mg Ephedrine alkaloids). Im hoping to get some good gains from this and was wondwering what you guys thought. Im currentyl taking Lipodrene, Anavol (meh a so-so supplement imo), and Gear Cycle (big mistake lol) so I thought Id switch it up a little.
For the Most part my daily diet is this:
Meal 1: Protein Shake (2 scoops 40 g) and either peice of whole grain toast or a bowl of cerial
Meal 2: Turkey Sandwich on whole grain bread (26 g of protein)
Meal 3: Protein Shake (2 scoops 40 g) and a cup of grapes
Meal 4: Turkey Mignon (220 cal and 33 g of protein) and about 90 calories of brocoli
Meal 5: Changes alot, maybe subway or the same as #4. Always a clean meal though
Meal 6: (just before bed) Protein Shake (2 scoops 40 g)
My Workout Schedule is this:
Monday/Friday
Barbell Incline Bench Press/5 sets/ 12/10/8/7/7/
Standing Dumbell Press/5 sets/ 12/10/8/7/7/
Bent over Dumbell Rows/5 sets/ 12/10/8/7/7/
Barbell or Dumbell Curls/3 sets/ 10/8/8
Dips or Close Grip Bench Press/3 sets/ 8/8/8
Squats or Machine Leg Presses/5 sets/ 12/10/8/8/8
Standing Calf Raises/4 sets/ 25/25/12/8
Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday
40 minutes of cardio when I wake Up
Thursday/Sunday
Off
Also once or Twice amonth Ill go out when I work out and Do heavier weights most of the time untill failure.
So thats about it. Im looking to loose that last bit of fat I have and add some muscle. Comment? Suggestions?
Edit: Is it better to do a full body workout twice a week or would it be better to switch it up into maybe 3 smaller workouts?

Wow when I was 18 I just ate. I ate all the time. This is the time to get good quality gains. If I were you I would look torwards taking in around 3200-3600 calories a day to pack on some good solid muscle. Dont look torwards sups so much it needs to be more food than anything.
