depending on your diet and goals:
berries or fruits like mango, banana, pineapple (best frozen first-thicker)
oats (grinds up and makes thicker)
ground flax seed (I prefer golden)
naturall nut butters
low sugar juices
vanilla extract, coconut extract, cinnamon
low sugar yogurt or plain yogurt
cottage cheese (yes-it goes smooth)
ice cold decaf coffee (as the liquid)
etc etc
