Steele, there is always bumps in the road- I'm sure she will make up for whatever harm was caused. I know that company has been going crazy with sales lately (I think like 4 threads with new coupons were started in the past month), so things must have been mixes up.
All in all, from my experience, it appears to be one of the highest quality companies out there. Incredibly inexpensive too at some times! I bought 21 pounds of Optimum whey for 65 shipped, which arrived in under a weeks time.
I am completely caught up on all received requests. The only pending ones are for Canada that have not gone out yet...........confused by this

I'm over that site. I ordered my stuff along time ago. I only did a small order of 10 pounds whey to see if I can trust that site. Took around 3-4 weeks to recieve my order also.

We had a roof collapse in December and this virtually shut down our plant - and people suffered from ridiculous delays and I tried to reach everyone who was inconvenienced and I sent PLENTY of free protein, shirts, and in a few cases, I actually PRIVATELY refunded money to some of guys. I am sorry that your experience was not a good one and I cannot say that I would blame you for this.
However, I am always here to make up any old business and can only apologize if I missed someone that I owed something to and would like that chance to make it good.

NO - I get why he is pissed and he should be. I happen to remember him from the many emails and I DID actually send his particular email to the service manager in the home office and this is what makes it particularly embarrassing for me.
